1) So what's so special about 'the write thing' range?
Firstly the cards have been specifically designed to be kept by the recipient. Each card is sold with a custom-made window mount making the print 'frame ready'.
Secondly the card designs have been carefully put together to not only represent as many age ranges, occasions and personal tastes as possible but, in addition, all the cards are blank allowing you to add your own interpretation and message.
2) Keeping & framing the cards seems very environmentally friendly, are there any other eco friendly aspects to the cards?
Yes there are, the card and envelope are made from recycled paper and even the 'cello' bag isn't actually cellophane, it's made from cornstarch and so is biodegradable. The wooden frame mouldings are from sustainable forests and are handmade from a local supplier.
3) Can I purchase a single card?
Yes you can or you can plan ahead and order the cards in batches of 5 of any combination for £18.00 plus P&P
4) What size frame do the mounted cards require?
When the window mount is in place it hides the white border completely, an 8" x 6" frame will do the trick, we can supply these or you can choose your own .The card's dimensions size were specifically chosen to match this standard frame size.
5) I really like the varied style of the photography and stylised look of the illustrations, I take it the designs are sourced and licensed from photo libraries?
No they are not bought from image libraries all the photography is taken from the personal portfolio of Shaun Hines. To broaden the range at the younger end of the market we drew on the talents of illustrator Alan Shiner, good isn't he?
6) Are the images available in other formats?
Yes, all the images are available as archival prints, high quality canvases both to various sizes, we can even supply you with mouse mats and cushions. Having chosen an image 'click' on the thumbnail and a preview window will appear. Information on products specs and costs are available in the Drop Down Menu.
